The issue of processing a one-year-old car was acute. Before that, I processed it at Krown, since on December 24, there was a queue for months at renowned car processing services, and the car needed to be processed as soon as possible. But the idea of processing every year for a lot of money does not suit me. It took me a long time to choose the right center, since most of them did not want to take on a car after Krown or charged an inadequate price for it or did not inspire confidence in the quality. The guys from stoprust.we kindly agreed to the treatment, having previously stipulated that they would remove the old material before applying Dinitrol. It was also stipulated that during processing they remove all the protection of the bottom. Cool, I thought, and took the car to them for processing. The first calls started during the first couple of hours, when nothing was happening with the machine. The machine is equipped with an alarm system that logs what is happening to it. A glitch or a bad connection in the industrial zone, I thought. The next day, after calling them to find out the status, they said that it would be ready by 5 and they could arrive by that time. Arriving at this time, it was discovered that the car was not ready for delivery and would have to wait. While the car was on the lift, I asked to be shown what they had done on the bottom. When I saw the bottom, I immediately noticed that the protections were not removed at all (the same can be seen in the photo report), and everything under them was not processed in any way. After that, I was called to pay for their services and sign a contract (yes, the contract is signed after, not when accepting a car. It bothered me at first, but I thought that the guys would not be involved in crime and calmed down). After 30 minutes, the car was returned and... attention...according to the cameras they have installed, I saw that the hidden cavities of the hood, trunk lid and doors were being processed for these 30 minutes....Fast guys, right? Based on the quality of the treatment of the hidden cavities mentioned above, I can say that they were simply sprayed into the cracks and that was it. The trunk lining was not even removed, the hood was not processed at all. The color of the material there is bronze (Krown). As for the other cavities, I think they were treated the same way, if at all. About washing before processing... She just wasn't there.: 1) According to the logs, the car was immediately driven into the box and that's it. The car was started once and turned off once. She was not driven anywhere to wash the bottom of the old material, dirt and reagents. Just processed over the top... 2) The same was confirmed by recording a hidden DVR 3) They didn't take the money for the car wash, although it was stipulated The guys aren't very talkative, and you almost have to beg for information. They gave me a rag and a means to remove the material that had leaked out of the technological cracks of the trunk and doors)))) They make a photo report, but the quality of the photo leaves the best. Quality or very poor (photo on xiaomi???) or the photo is blurred. It is clear that there is not much lighting in the box, but if you provide such services, please ensure quality. The only plus is the kind and cute dog that lives with them))) Unfortunately, the machine was not handled in good faith and with jambs.
