Or to name the bank where the money was received, so that I could cancel it through the bank, they told me that this was confidential information. I shed so many tears there. I am very disappointed, this money was calculated for a return ticket. I don't blame the employee, I also didn't look at what amount he entered on the terminal. Thank you for reassuring me, but unfortunately I couldn't get the money back.
