Previously, the same caviar was bought in December before the New Year, 2 jars and everything was fine, no complaints, but the caviar that was bought in January, this Caviar was already spoiled, when I came home I found that it did not even have the date of manufacture on it, as on the previous ones, which already confused me, then I saw not I also opened the jar, which looked like salt on the eggs (4 photos attached), but I opened it anyway, since it was bought for an event and I needed it, after opening and tasting a couple of eggs, it already tasted spoiled, the taste was completely different from that of normal caviar, bought in December (there is something to compare it with ).Therefore, we decided to change it (it's still not worth 100 rubles) and it's obvious to the naked eye that it doesn't match the quality! We were sure that they would change it for us, since we often take it there, but the sellers threw up their hands, we didn't decide anything, we wrote to the management, the answer came only after a few days (we had to buy a new jar, and it already had a production date (photo attached), and it was good, because I We needed it, but we didn't have time to wait for it to be changed. And the management answers us that they won't change anything for us, the caviar is good. Of course, I personally am shocked by the attitude, and in principle by the work of this organization , since not accepting your goods of inappropriate quality is NOT normal!
