In September, we flew to this clinic after discussing all the issues of payment and treatment with the girl Madina!
At first, we waited 2 hours for the transfer (then we realized that it was a classic) already at the clinic, the price that we had initially agreed on increased!
Having delayed the treatment for 2 days longer than necessary, we were asked to come to the clinic with our things on the day of dental treatment so that we could fly away immediately! We refused and they really started extorting us to pay for the hotel for another day, which is probably a lot of money for the clinic! But all this is nonsense, compared to what started with our teeth after our return, the constant pain, the reaction to hot and cold is just a small thing! Without waiting for relief, we decided to seek help from dentists in Spain! Both dentists were shocked by what they saw! They really said that they had never seen anything like this before in their lives and asked for the name of the clinic! Everything that can be broken when installing crowns has been violated!
And after we wrote to the clinic, Irina, a very unhappy translator, said that we could come and everything would be fixed for us (only this time the hotel accommodation was at our own expense)
But how can you believe that they will fix everything if they have already done this! Of course, they refuse to return the money! It's just really scary that they'll make it worse...
