The building is in the colonial style, very beautiful.There are a lot of openwork, cast-iron decorations on covered walkways, stairs, canopies of entrances.The building has become an original cultural space: there are shopping establishments, restaurants, even exhibitions and art sales.The name of the center comes from the now unused lighthouse, which is very spectacular and in the same style as the surrounding buildings.
