As an avid traveler, I will try to give the most honest comment.
Cons:
- the tour price does not include lunches and museum visits, tickets and food must be paid separately. Although in other offices, lunch and entrance tickets to museums are included by default. And surprisingly, the price is lower there.
- a very old Dutch bus, discontinued 30 years ago. The creepy air conditioner is driving dust all over the bus. In particular, it allows foreign odors to pass from the road.
- prices are inflated, higher than the average in the city. Considering that the tour plus the trip lasts no more than 12 hours, it is extremely overpriced!
-traveling on your own is much cheaper, you can choose the route yourself, where you will eat, what you will eat. Fortunately, trains and minibuses are cheap now, everyone has the Internet. You can instantly find out information about architectural monuments of interest.
- four cities have been announced, all galloping across Europe, the center did not even have time to see, minus the organizer and the guide.
Advantages: none. But only if you have money in your pockets, you can throw it away for the trip. Well, this is mega stupid!
Conclusion: perhaps this is an acceptable option for beginners, But if you are an avid traveler, I do not recommend using the services of this circuit, I did not find any advantages during the trip. Fortunately, there are a lot of alternative options and offices on the market.

I've been going on excursions with this company for years. I am satisfied with the service and trips. There is a website where information on current trips and social media pages are always updated. You can pay for the trip through the bank - it is convenient, and you do not need to go to the office. You don't even need to call - you can communicate via messengers, if anything, they call you back themselves. There are excursions in both Russian and Belarusian languages. The routes are always interesting, unbroken, the guides are not annoying: informative facts are well presented, jokes are jokes in the subject.
