It makes me very angry that at one point I pay 20 rubles, but I pay 30-35 rubles for the same haircut from another master. The masters cling to the "price list", but what can there be about it when everyone names their own price? I tried to specify the cost myself in advance, but I didn't get a clear answer. It seems that each master has his own separate price list.
