I wouldn't say this is the worst place I've been to, the craftsmen know their stuff, are very polite and competent. The girl at the reception is polite and told me where and how to go. The prices certainly leave much to be desired, BUT they are justified by the work of the craftsmen and staff. When I arrived, I thought it would be worse, but it was very clean and tidy. I wanted to sign up for 2 procedures and only when I asked a clarifying question myself, then they answered. Then I clarified the window for another procedure and received a dry "no" and did not even offer the nearest one, and then stopped responding altogether
