Now we are trying to "get the truth" about the purchased Dunobil DVR. We bought it on 07/14/2018, since then we have given it three times under warranty for repair. Technical faults were recognized and repaired. Upon return from repair after 1-2 weeks, the malfunctions were repeated. The sales department intentionally provides false information regarding the terms of warranty repairs and the conditions for recognizing the product as defective. From deplorable experience: I strongly advise against buying anything here.
