Convenient location, free toilet, elevator, low rental price, beautiful view of the city. There's not enough food court, even though it's half empty.

Parking is nearby, across the street. On the ground floor there is a euroopt, on the 4th floor there is a children's entertainment complex Kvazar (laser combat, trampolines, children's climbing walls. There is tea/coffee for parents)
