I did the highlighting at Evgenia's, at first everything was fine and beautiful after tinting. But when the tinting was applied, I was not satisfied with the result, there was very little white color, although they did frequent highlighting, it feels like not all strands of hair were dyed evenly.Now it looks like she did almost nothing, she paid a lot of money for such coloring. I was very upset and was not satisfied with this job.
