No one will wait all day for one order on the commercial premises. The next order was for one position that was not enough. Manager Vitaly accepted the order, I chose "pickup" so that the same situation as with the previous order would not happen again, it was important to quickly pick up the order and finish the repair on a certain day. The order was paid for 2 days before the expected pick-up date. On the day of pick-up, when I was ready to go to the pick-up point, I tried to contact the manager and use the main phone number listed on the website to clarify whether the order was ready for delivery. I couldn't reach anyone on a business day during business hours. There was no order at the pick-up point, and access to the pick-up point is paid. He left without the goods. He kept trying to reach the office, but to no avail. After that, I received a reply from the manager at 13:00 that the order can be picked up. I arrived at the pick-up point AGAIN, there was no order there, I paid for parking again and left without an order. I arrived at the office, there was NO ONE at the place, a trainee girl who could not explain anything. I tried to make another call right in the office, but the phone was silent, and there was no one in the workplace. 8 attempts to call at different times were unsuccessful. The manager is misleading by providing information that the order can be picked up. No feedback from the staff. As a result, the order could be delivered to me only by 17 o'clock, by the end of the working day. For me, it was already irrelevant, time was wasted, repairs were not completed on time. No one returned the parking money, and all deliveries are paid. No apologies or compensation, nothing. I asked for contact with the management to resolve the issue, but to no avail. A comment has been written in the book of suggestions and remarks. It was not in a place accessible to the consumer, and the consumer's corner was not found. There are no contacts of the supervisor. Everyone refers to a phone number that no one answers. I was disappointed, the organization failed me with the order. At that moment, I should have turned around and left right away, but I was stopped by the fact that the site indicated "there is an installation wizard" I politely asked for advice because I'm not good at it. That evening, Master Pavel arrived, measured everything, and made a list. We agreed that he would install skirting boards and thresholds between laminate and tile in the rooms. With a list of materials that could be purchased in the online store, we made an order, our purchase arrived on time. But the interesting thing began with the installation, the master postponed the meeting 2 times. And now the day of installation has come . As a result, the master did not do the work on a turnkey basis, because it turned out to be the wrong number of plugs, he forgot about the white silicone and most importantly...he ruined the laminate and tile when installing the sills. When we presented a claim to him, he said that he would compensate for the damage and fix the defects. As a result, the master crowbar was missing. Oh, yeah.... the plugs were not ordered without adventures....
