The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautiful. In general, everything is fine. Only the sockets and furniture arrangement were slightly miscalculated). And the mattresses are a bit stiff (well, for me personally). Otherwise, everything is fine. The hotel stands far from everything, quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is bad!
Located on the outskirts of the city, among the facilities under construction, there is a lot of dust and dirt around the hotel.
The staff is not very friendly and does not understand the hotel service well.
The rooms are new, but the quality of the finishes is terrible.
There is a refrigerator in the room, but it is not connected to the network because there is no outlet nearby, the same with the bedside lamp.
The toiletries are of inferior quality.
