I wrote a refund claim to the seller - the seller refuses to refund the money and pick up the defective product. He refers to the marketplace rule, according to which I have to check everything at the pick-up point and tells me that I refused to check myself. But I didn't refuse to check. There is an option on the WB: delivery to the house from the pick-up point by courier! The courier delivered the order and left! The pick-up point disclaims responsibility. In short, I lost about 700 rubles and bought broken plastic. This is not the first case against the WB, there are other complaints about the same product. But nobody does anything. They only collect money. The claims of the buyers are ignored.
