If a person does not have the opportunity to call, then why wait for who knows how long. sitting at the monitor, if you don't get an answer. Yesterday, 05/29/2021, I asked a question, and received an answer on 05/30/2021. Today, on 30.05.2021, at 11:26, I asked a question to consultant Vadim on the second question - and I did not receive an answer before the end of the website, the end of work at 17:00. I do not understand what the consultant is doing, apparently I could not break away from my mobile phone.
