Yes, an affordable website, attractive prices. I'm used to ordering a lot of things online and they always call you back and write to you within an hour. The first bell of the negative is not picking up the phone, but anything happens. We called back, cool, answered the question, but as soon as we heard that the order was small, something went wrong. We're busy, we'll call you back. 2. There are no calls for an hour or two. Okay. I decided to place an order through the shopping cart. 3. There is no callback. But there is an invoice in the mail. Good. I was ready to pay. The type of payment was chosen by Erip. Iii.. The payment method is not fully specified on the website. In turn, the letter says, "write me any questions" - I wrote to prompt the last step of payment (there you should probably select an online store from the list, but the site does not specify what they are called in the epip), and their instructions say enter the order number (which I never reached). 4. I did not receive an answer to my question by e-mail, respectively, and I did not pay for the order, but thank God. Because I feel that I would have waited a very long time for my polycarbonate with such feedback. I do not recommend this seller. They are definitely not interested in small orders. There is no attitude towards the dancing buyer. And the construction is in full swing. Maybe then I would also order building materials, but NO.

The desire to purchase materials in this store immediately disappeared, to which the seller replied: "Go buy where you want, etc." And it is difficult to object. And I just had to decide between the heaters and write out an invoice, I did not ask for help in calculating the purchase volumes (they began to impose this on me and claim that I do not know how to count). If you plan to buy something in this store, then you need to clearly determine the material yourself, do not wait for help from the seller, then perhaps you will not have to face rudeness.
