I often visit the stroymarket for 14 Partisans in Slutsk. There are a lot of goods, but the impression is that customers are interfering with the store's employees. The other day I chose PVC panels and everything related for mounting. I barely found a consultant to arrange everything for the cash register, I asked him to tie the ends of the strips with tape or twine. They replied that they were not given such consumables, carry it like this. Insanity. I left everything, went to the Arsenal, chose the same thing, packed, tied up, and helped to load it.

The store is truly... FABULOUS! And fairy-tale characters also work in it: lazy elves, consultants, sellers from an unknown department where they never exist, Zina, who lives in the basement, a commodity expert who cannot be called, and, of course, a mystical price tag! I had to meet these and other characters many times... I wanted to buy a quick-drying glue and went to the department. Having not picked up the glue on my own, I turned to a man standing next to me in a Stroymarket uniform, who was hanging up price tags. Answering that he was not a consultant (as it turned out, and not a seller), he advised to contact a consultant who was not there. He asked the first seller he came across about Zina's whereabouts. She was in the basement. Twenty minutes later, she still hadn't shown up. The "price tag" itself flatly refused to serve me. Also, the man standing next to me was rude to my indignation. Or here's another case... children at school were told to buy double-layer plywood and a jigsaw for labor lessons. Well, after spending half an hour explaining the concept of "double-layer plywood" to the consultants, I, already angry, went to look for jigsaws, and, lo and behold, I found them... without the upper bolt, on which the canvases are fixed, with the thread torn off on the lower one, and even longer than all the canvases sold in this store. I had no idea about these problems and calmly sent the child with this massage kit to school. And it would be fine if I took a defective one, but a month later, when I went there, I found a whole batch of such back scratchers. And it's not a shame to sell such filth! I asked why it wasn't seized. I was sent to a commodity expert. The commodity expert was nowhere to be found. In the spring, I happened to get there again because of the labor lessons. This time it was necessary to buy a wire, as they explained to us at school - no more than five meters. After an hour (!) wandering from counter to counter and listening to the constant "this is not my department", I finally found what I needed: I found the wire! Fifty meters of wire... They offered a hundred. You can't do less. They sent me to the commodity expert again (apparently this is a less abusive analogue of the more famous one). In general, if fate (God forbid, of course) brings you to this store, remember three commandments: 1. Do not ask anyone about anything; 2. Don't look for anything there; 3. If possible, run away from there! Conclusion: the assortment is good, the service staff should change everyone.
