Сначала хотели строить из профилированного бруса, но менеджер Роман толково объяснил разницу и всё таки решили не экономить и построили из клееного. Всё отлично, усадка дома минимальная. По срокам заняло окол 8 месяцев от фундамента до ремонта внутри. Всем довольны! Рекомендую

Наша мечта о доме из клееного бруса наконец сбылась. Обратились в стройсоюз и ни разу не пожалели! От подбора участка до сдачи всего 7 месяцев. Живем уже полгода, семья довольна. Соседи говорят что самый красивый дом у нас на поселке! Спасибо команде и прорабу Василию за помощь и объяснения каждого этапа

Недавно строили в компании Стройсоюз дом. Материал выбрали клееный брус - хотелось запаха дерева в доме. Выбрали этот материал, потому что не нужно ждать периода усадки. Дом составил 137 кв.м. Построили за полгода !!! Быстро и без проблем. Пока нареканий нет. Посмотрим, как будет дальше. Отдельное спасибо прорабу Василию - очень профессиональный человек!
