The office is clean, my tools are opened straight from the kraft bag, everything is sterile. The master always says that everything is disposable and it is really visible. From the doorway they offer tea/coffee, you immediately feel that they take care of you here and it's sooooo pleasant The prices are adequate for such a service. Everything is neat, the materials are of high quality and the atmosphere is just great for fun. I trust this studio 100% and I come back with pleasure every time (one love)

Then I realized that the mess in this salon was already from the very beginning, I wrote that they signed up after me, cancel that entry, well, I didn't like the attitude anymore, I started monitoring other salons in parallel to be safe , out of 10 salons, only one responded . I already wanted to go there, but since I signed up for this salon, I decided not to let people down. I arrive 10 minutes earlier, I go in - the salon is really beautiful, the service is zero, the atmosphere is disgusting.... My time has come, a master is coming to me, I understand that well, what a top master this is, I go from a beautiful salon into a cramped room for 2 people, I ask you to start with a pedicure - I start asking if there is a shade that I need, she says no. I say no, she takes out the colors and says we can mix 2 shades that won't get the desired shade..... I understand that the trash story starts from the very beginning, so as not to risk it, I put on my shoes and say goodbye. I go out, the girls at the reception ask what happened , I describe the situation to them , they say - sorry, we would help you, but they have nothing to do with that little room! They have their own online administrator. It 's just some kind of nightmare , and people go and pay money for it . For experimenting on you! But thanks to this situation, I had my nails done in a different salon, with a less beautiful repair, but with a different attitude and super high quality nails.

I periodically went to this salon for a manicure, the previous time my master did not have a window, the administrator offered to enroll me in their second "branch" at c1, I agreed. The master said that this room was opened by the same girl who runs the masters in studio 026, while the studio itself has nothing to do with this place. Owners of Studio 026, are you even aware that your employees have opened another studio and run it under your name, while ruining your reputation? The service in that place is simply disgusting, the craftsmen work terribly, 3in1 coffee with water from under the cooler, a shared toilet for the entire business center, a dance room and a realtors' office through the door. Instruments are sterilized in the microwave, not properly. It's very wrong to mislead people and deceive them into coming to this terrible place. I've been working at studio 026, probably since it opened, and I go there because of the service and the pleasant atmosphere. But lately, everything has started to deteriorate there, instead of pleasant calm music, some creepy rap is playing, 1 master is watching Turkish TV series while working (are you really out of your mind?). And the second one is trying her best to brighten up the situation, which is commendable, of course, but it's useless, because while I'm sitting at my master's manicure, the master who watches TV shows is doing pedicures right under my nose, in complete unsanitary conditions, in a mess, and even all this dust from other people's heels is flying right into my face. the face.Until you start recruiting normal craftsmen, not manicurists from the gulchapchap salon, you won't get far.
