Today I attended a trial yoga class and I want to share my impressions.... Let's start with a good one... a pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, a good locker room, clean mats, a well-ventilated room, a good restroom. Water and tea, free of charge. And everything would be even perfect.... If it were just a Pilates studio. But I came to yoga.... But there was no yoga.... There was an obvious Pilates class with small elements (asanas) and constantly repeating poses (Sabaka Muzzle down and dog muzzle up) beyond the plank every 10 minutes. Honestly, I feel sorry for the people who go there and think they practice yoga.... At the beginning of the lesson, the breathing practice is not under the supervision of the instructor. Honestly, don't be fooled by yourself and others. You don't have a yoga class. You might have a super cool Pilates studio.... But not in yoga.

Yogibogi Studio is a wonderful place with a warm and soulful atmosphere. Everything is decorated with great taste, clean and very cozy. You will be greeted with a smile from the doorstep, after classes - freshly brewed herbal tea with sweets (mi-mi-mi). The possibility of choice is captivating - there is no binding of the subscription either to the teacher or to the time. I have already visited four teachers - all very open, friendly and with a great sense of humor. Everyone has light, relaxed faces and toned bodies, and what they know and know how to do in yoga is very, very motivating. This is a place where everyone will find a suitable occupation and teacher. Those who have been practicing for a long time will build further steps on their path, those who have just started or consider yoga as a physical education for relaxation and body tone - and you will be welcome here! I assure you - no one will be bored! Drop all stereotypes and dogmas - anyone can do yoga! Try it and you will be surprised how much it will change your life. @Yogibogi- you inspire me!
