She specially showed the "master" Svetlana a photo of the desired shade before the start of coloring, while clarifying whether she would be able to cope with the task. As a result of the unsatisfactory result, Svetlana, instead of apologizing and admitting her mistake, began to respond aggressively and refuse unprofessionally performed work and incorrect color selection. Very rude and incompetent treatment of the client. But I still had to pay the full cost of coloring. I tried to contact the administrator, but I didn't get any reaction in response. The result is dry damaged hair that will have to be treated, which costs a lot of money due to the wrong color and disregard for the client.
