The hotel is clean, near the metro and grocery stores, the sea is gorgeous, but the food is trash. Breakfast is so-so for 3 just, and dinner is a complete drop-off, 2 cabbage salads and one hot dish (the tour operator told us about the buffet. There ARE NO desserts AT ALL! We don't understand what the reviews are and where they come from. Wi-Fi is only for SMS, it is not possible to call. The tour operator of the host party throws up his hands and cannot help us. The question is why there are so many fake reviews????

We were at the hotel in April 2022. In principle, we are happy with everything, there is no Russian-speaking staff, but we always tried to understand my poor English, at least we communicated through an offline translator on the phone. The room is clean, light (it's important for me, it's always dark in hotel rooms), there are blackout curtains, it was harder for us to wake up with them, but we slept sweetly)) For me, a huge minus is the lack of a closet! The feeling of a constant mess when things just hang on hangers in the public domain and most things are in suitcases. In the bathroom, the glass "curtain" is not silikonen, so all the water flows out onto the bathroom floor, but we generally meet this in all countries, a conspiracy of hoteliers probably 😁 For my husband, the disadvantage was the lack of coherence in the work of the waiters, everyone served in their own way, only once in 9 days napkins were put on our table. But of course these are trifles! Monotonous menu for lunch and dinner. Although the cooks tried very hard! Especially on the last day of our stay at the hotel! One day I asked for fish without rice for lunch, because I can't handle huge portions of delicious rice, and it's a pity to leave it on a plate, so they brought me fish with steamed vegetables, I've never eaten such delicious vegetables! I don't like broccoli, but this time even my husband stole it from my plate 😁 Everything was perfect for my son (5.5 years old), I didn't want to leave at all. We had a standard room with a large double bed for three, we fit perfectly. However, a separate towel was not provided for the child, but we always carry our own for him + beach towels. I think if we had asked, we would have been provided. I can also describe the transfer to the beach positively. We went to the beach 4 times, there with a couple from the Czech Republic, the driver took us back first at 11-15, after 11 it is impossible to be in the sun, the heat 😁 There are no scales for luggage in the hotel, perhaps it is important to someone. They are sent to the nearest store, where they sell scales of the bezmen type with a hook at a price of 11 to 20 dirhams. It may seem that I have some complaints about the hotel, but this is not so at all! I listed the moments that hooked us a little, but did not spoil the overall impression. Well, at the end of the review, Dubai for us is not a beach holiday, but an active one - to have time to visit as many interesting places as possible in a short time. The hotel is needed purely for respite and sleep. In any case, I chose Studio M Arabian plaza for a reason! In 2019, I didn't have time to buy a tour here, it's a pity, compared to the other two hotels I chose in the same price category, this one is much better, cleaner and brighter! We are very happy!

The hotel itself is good: without chic, compact, light (without the terrible yellow-brown furniture:) Cozy modern rooms, excellent breakfast, everything you need in the room (except for a closet for things), but the location was just upset: the hotel is located right on a busy highway. It's sad and sad around: there will be nowhere to walk. It takes a long time to get by metro to any decent area: Burj Khalifa 30 min, Dubai Marina - 1 hour! Our Urban room overlooked the road. The noise, though not much, was still there. This side is sunny, so from 7 am the room is already flooded with light. You can close with thick curtains. At the same time, the pool is on the opposite side and there is shade there until 11-12 o'clock. I will mention Al Mamzar beach separately, to which the transfer brings. Everything is fine on it (toilets, showers, public umbrellas with benches and tables, palm trees for shade) except that it is located in a bay that completely covers the horizon and creates the feeling that you are swimming in a salt pond. I have indicated here only those moments that confused us in case it also seems important to someone when planning a vacation. At the same time, I absolutely agree with all the positive reviews addressed to the hotel itself.

The rooms are cozy, comfortable, there is an excellent hair dryer, shower gel. There are few hangers, swimsuits in the room do not dry well - take spare swimsuits and hangers) The beds are comfortable. You can hear the planes, but it's understandable - the airport is nearby. After cleaning the room on the 1st floor, towels were constantly disappearing, I had to call the reception. There are two excellent supermarkets near the hotel, an exchange office with an excellent exchange rate. The beautiful Al mamzar beach is 10 minutes by car from the hotel.

They managed to stop the door with their hands , thereby damaging one of the shutters of the turntable. We were detained. They didn't let me leave. They demanded payment for the repair of the door - 4 thousand USD. They did not say what this amount was based on. (at the same time, the transfer to the airport has already left without us) There was 1 thousand left in his pockets. USD . Having announced that this was our last money, the administrator agreed and allowed us to leave. We were at a loss. We didn't want to miss our flight. Although in fact it was necessary to calm down and call the police and sort it out to the fullest extent. I wrote letters to the hotel administration, but I never received a response to any of them. I do not recommend the hotel.

What interested me was the Max store within walking distance, you can buy a T-shirt or jeans. There is an Indian snack bar diagonally next to this store near the mosque, there are quite a lot of them in the area. Low prices and lots of Indians. I ate it once. I felt fine, but I didn't dare take the child there for dinner. We have been to decent places: the decent Aghwat Al Sham restaurant (40-60 derham) per person, and the Indian restaurant Tauji (lunch for two 70-80 derham), Qashima chai _ there is an inexpensive milk Shake 8 derham, tea and kebab, quite. For lunch, you can take 2 kebabs and tea (11 derham). We also visited the Ethiopian restaurant Ethiopia Green Restaurant Dubai for general development, it was interesting to go, we ordered one dish, one drink and a coffee ceremony. It turned out to be 140 dirhams. Freshly squeezed juice can be made by yourself and bought at the viva store, it costs 13 dirhams 1 liter. In map a little marked, shops and cafes, with more information to google maps. I use Yandex maps to build routes. In principle, everything was clearly shown which routes, which stations, where to get off, where to change trains, but sometimes navigation was buggy. In the subway, you can buy a ticket at a vending machine or at the cashier, if the machine does not make the change, save the receipt and contact the cashier. In the subway, the first or last carriage is for women and children. When you take the subway from the Studio m hotel.... somewhere, you leave from Al-Kyada station, and when you return, the navigator suggests that you go to Abu Kheil station, but it is not convenient to go from this station to the hotel, you need to cross the main road, so go to Al station-Kyada and exit 2, exit at Viva market. Where I've been is Dubai mall, Deira city, Global village, and the Waterfront Market.
