Good afternoon, everyone! I visited Daria's cosmetologist for carboxytherapy, before that I did the procedure in a salon in Warsaw and was very pleased with the result.
In this case, at night (8 hours after the procedure) I woke up from severe itching, my whole face is red, enlarged pores, rash all over my face. I came with virtually completely healthy skin. The specialist did not conduct a skin reaction test, the compounds were burned very strongly during the procedure itself.
The money was returned, the mood was spoiled, time was spent, there will also be costs for restoration accordingly.
I do not recommend it

How easy is it to spoil an established opinion?
Imagine: Saturday morning, come for a massage on a positive and enthusiastic basis, knowing that you will spend the next hour perfectly. The mood for the whole weekend is provided. And then they tell you that the recording has been canceled... The level of confusion increases: it was recorded in advance through the application, the day before the recording was confirmed with the administrator, moreover, there is no message about the canceled session in the application itself. By chance, of course, the nearest window (half an hour from mine) has already been booked, the client is on the way and cannot arrive later. How do they solve such a sensitive issue? No way. Priority is given to the next client, and I am offered to just come to another window. They safely close their eyes to my wasted time and falling apart plans for the day. Would you agree that it is not a very elegant solution for a joint on the part of the company, and not the client? I come to a salon of a certain level, and not to Aunt Zina's apartment, so I expect to receive an appropriate level of service and respect. You don't get a moral response to a mistake on the part of the administration (the whole situation was positioned as exclusively my problem, a laconic "sorry." casually thrown at the reasonable question "how can I be sure that this will not happen again?"), nor financial compensation (free admission, yes, a banal discount or some gifts from the salon, I'm already silent about the money for a taxi back and forth to arrive at another window). No way. Considering that the salon recently celebrated 6 years, I don't think it's the first time that recording overlays are happening. I understand everything, everything happens and is easily solved. But I consider it inappropriate to do this at the expense of the client.
The mood is spoiled, the nerve cells are spent. To call it just a "sediment" does not turn the tongue, despite the amazing massage as such. There are no questions for him, everything is wonderful, comfortable, polite, efficient (Anastasia and Daria had it). Thanks a lot to the girls!
Another nuance is that I found out about the existence of a subscription that gives a discount only on the third visit, having got to another receptionist girl. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant.
I would also like to note the general atmosphere of the salon. Everything is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the eye is happy. You can treat yourself to a cup of tea and coffee after a session with a delicious chocolate bar. Well, it's cool!
P.S. as it turned out later, in one branch there was an appointment for a different massage for two Victorias, one of whom asked to cancel the visit via Instagram, which was mistakenly made by the administrator for my record
P.P.S. I hope that the company will listen and work on the mistakes, but I really like massage, I would not like to give it up
