I used the services of a solarium a long time ago, when there were still 6 cabins. I really liked it. Since December 2024, she and her boyfriend have been visiting the solarium on a regular basis (2-3 times a week). I liked the fact that there is a "chocolate watch" promotion. Today, after a break of a month, I decided to return to the solarium. When asked about the "chocolate watch," the administrator said that there was no such promotion anymore. It's not a problem. But after leaving the solarium and visiting the website, this action continues successfully. I returned to the administrator with the same question. To which it was said that it was only on weekdays, not on weekends. The site just wasn't cleaned up. So is this service available or not? How did they manage to change the price list on the site in time, but they forgot to remove this moment. You're misleading people. In any case, I won't be coming back here anymore, it's not a problem to find a solarium in Minsk.

I visited this place with great hope that I would go privately. I was interested in absolutely all the services. And for a long time I wanted to find a decent place next door to my house. Since I have a small child, this is important. I went to the salon and prayed that it would be good, but no.....
The administrator is not familiar with the word service: after the procedure, I went to sign up for the service that the master recommended to me. While I was thinking about which day to sign up for, I put my elbows on the reception desk, which I was told to do. They recorded me at the same time, as it turned out later, not for the day that I had announced. Of course, no one offered coffee either.
There are no particular complaints about the master who provided the service for the body. Well, apart from her extremely controversial opinion about the dangers of spf and the recommendation never to use it, and about addressing me with the words "you're good," it's strange and uncomfortable for me. It's not like I came to visit my grandmother.
I left the salon with dubious feelings, but decided to give it another chance. The proximity to home was very appealing.…
A couple of days later, I got a call and the following dialogue took place:
- Elena, you are scheduled for tomorrow at such and such a time....
I interrupt and say, no, I signed up for next Saturday, not this one.
"No," the receptionist tells me, "you've made an appointment for tomorrow, and I'm calling to tell you that the master can be on tomorrow." What day should I rewrite you for?
I replied that it was the one I had signed up for.
"Okay, I'm canceling your appointment for tomorrow," the persistent receptionist tells me, "and I'm signing you up for next Saturday.
