Lera always listens to wishes and suggestions, knows 1000 and 1 exercises for warming up and pumping so that no one gets bored. The training has a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Training perfectly pumps the body, health and endurance. I also like the large, spacious gym and locker room, it's not stuffy and there's always enough room for everyone. There is a cooler with cold and hot water, sweets, tea, coffee, toilet paper and soap. On the downside, there is no shower. As a wish, you can sit in the corridor near the gym, since during morning workouts there is a risk of arriving earlier than the coach and you would like a comfortable waiting place, as well as possibly updating some equipment.
