Почему то несколько раз писала отзыв и не опубликовался ,в общем некомпитентное отношения к клиентам ,не понравилось абсолютно,потеряла деньги из за турагента и его недосмотра.

Хочу поделиться своим впечатлением от поездки за границу.
Цена была завышена в двойне из-за дистанции между пассажирами.
По приезду на первой остановке водитель запретил выходить пассажирам из автобуса. Людей которых он высаживал подал им багаж, при этом по своей безолаберности оставил мой чемодан посреди улицы, забыв погрузить его обратно. По приезду на место водитель пожал плечами и уехал. Данная фирма убытки возмещать отказалась якобы никто кроме пассажира ответственности за багаж не несёт. К сведению оформления багажа произведено не было. Не советую обращаться в данное агентство если не хотите остаться без своих же вещей.
