I was in this salon for a haircut from master Kristina. Firstly, the studio is declared as "haircuts without styling", the hair was laid by the master with an iron! Secondly, the master did not take into account the wishes for length, he made it much shorter! And the master's response to the words "that I don't like this haircut at all" was "gorgeous": "But I like the way I cut it, it suits you, you need to get used to it!" Get used to it? The client comes to the salon to get satisfaction, not disappointment! I also had to have the ends of my hair matched by another master. If you need stress, then definitely here!

A wonderful studio, which employs professionals in their field and Masters with a capital letter. I have been visiting this studio for more than three years and every time I was pleased with a haircut of standard quality and excellent style to suit my taste. I especially recommend the Masters Anastasia and Kristina, to whom I have been going for so long. I want to note that nowhere in Minsk and even in Moscow have I received such satisfaction from a haircut as in Sergeenko's studio. My hair is quite atypical: stiff, thick and curly, and not every master copes with them in principle. Anastasia - master vanlav =) Manages to bring beauty to my head in just 30 minutes, when in other hairdressers sometimes it takes an hour or more. If I want to be nice, neat and fast, then I go only to her! From her work you get a positive charge and even energy, because you get exactly what you wanted :)

Master Kristina. I asked to lighten the dark hair by 2 tones, to get out of almost black a little, into a chestnut. It took 6 hours to color/lighten. In the process, I was told that it is possible to make a light chestnut, at first there is still a discoloration to white, then only a tone. It was too late to be horrified, but I firmly explained that it was not necessary!!! I'm a brunette, no light chestnuts. Result. At the reception, they looked at me with a slight horror, which I confused from fatigue with admiration. They sold masks, shampoos, etc. in three voices. The color did not delight me, but they said the correction was in 2 weeks. Correction was not needed, all the hair around the face and on the back of the head broke off after the second wash. Stumps on the head ...... and the hair was below the shoulder blades. It's a nightmare. Kristina, I thought about you every day, I hope you felt it. I am silent about the money, I gave almost 1000 dollars with all shampoos, etc. The bastards.

I've never seen a worse salon. I fell for advertising, signed up for Sergeenko himself, who is considered a king and god among them. He said that my hair is curly (although I've been with straight hair all my life) and I need to cut the cascade as curly, and if I want to straighten it, then do Brazilian straightening. I said I didn't want to, because I would lose volume. To which he grinned sarcastically and said, "do you really have one?". As a result, he waved scissors for 10 minutes, made a wet chicken on my head with "curls" stuck together from gel and asked for a lot of money for it. Before that, all the masters said what a gorgeous thick hair, that it was not necessary to spoil it with paints / curls, etc., but from this place it came out like a sartire. Not for anything else.

And for all this "happiness" I paid 130 rubles. It's a pity for time and money. Upon arrival home, she first explained to her husband that she had really been to the hairdresser, and not to the bathhouse. To which I was told that they only cut haircuts that are without styling, but they won't cut it and they suggested a short haircut that doesn't suit me and I don't want it that way. I asked why they didn't warn about all the rules when recording, but what can these children answer. They settled in well, there is no terminal, there is no complaint book, they recruited children who are not registered as employees of this studio. It turns out that you can't even make claims against them. I just lost time.
