At the first dialogue and my request for help in entering Poland, I heard in response "Why are you calling so late?" (I applied 2 months before the end of the submission of documents). I decided to write it off as a bad morning at Artemy's and still turned to him for services. After I got my visa, all the problems started. At the beginning of September, I asked to send a translation of my diploma to the Polish address, to which he replied that everything would be done. A few days later, I asked if it was possible to give me the number of the shipment so that I could track where it was located. After a couple of days of ignoring, I was told that the parcel would be in the next week (10 days have passed since the departure).
A week later, I decided to clarify the location of my transfer again, because I was already in Poland and the university required documents as soon as possible. Artemiy said that a certain Ekaterina would contact me, who would give it to me "when she was ready", despite the fact that I asked to send the translation to my home address.
A week later, I only got scans of my translation not in full, I continued to clarify what the problem was and why I was not ready to transfer it. Finally, instead of apologies, I received angry emoticons from Artemy and another promise that I would have the translation soon (3 weeks later). I persistently asked to explain the reason for the delay, to which I received the answer "I did not tell you that the shipment was lost, sent again and it has not reached so far, because I considered this information useless for you, and this fact will not change anything." Out of desperation, I independently found a translator and the agency that did my translation through scans and asked them to send it in full again, to which they replied that they had not been sent my diploma in full. It turns out that this agent decided to scan only one side of the diploma supplement. I was shocked to put it mildly and immediately contacted Artemy, asking why my translation, which had been coming to me for almost a month, was not fully done, and I found out about it by accident. Instead of the typical unnecessary apologies for him, I heard "Okay, Anastasia, okay, I accept this option." He offered me two options: to make a transfer in the city of my university so that he would then pay for it himself, or to send a transfer from the same agency in Warsaw. Of course, I chose the option of my city, and the next day the first half of my transfer arrived. Then Artemy told me to pick up this part and that he would send the missing one from Warsaw, although we had agreed on something else. As a result, I received my transfer only on October 6, requesting it on September 5.
I think it was an unacceptable, tactless and unprofessional attitude on his part. At the university, I was told that not only I, but 7 other people had problems with this agency. I sincerely do not advise anyone to contact this place! Wasted money and nerves for minimal effort, communication by voice messages and indifference on the part of Artemy!
