There is a good budget pizza here- Kharkiv. Previously, they were allowed to bring their own alcohol (from the Klass supermarket), and order food in a cafe (I don't know how things are with this now, ask).

The shish kebab and salads and sushi were good. But at the end there was a rotten type of salted red fish. The fish was not included in the bill, but they did not admit their mistake. Now I'm sitting and thinking, everything will be OK or they will take me to the hospital.
