I ordered glasses from this "office" two years ago, which served me faithfully and without complaints. However, after a year and a half, I needed to replace the lenses in my glasses. I came to the same optician with their glasses, checked my eyesight, ordered lenses and went happily to wait for new lenses to be installed. An hour later, they call me that the FRAME is BROKEN, come and buy a new one. In the frame, which I bought from them a year ago for a lot of money, they couldn't change the lenses, nonsense! The excuse is that it burst from the heat. I can't imagine how such incompetent employees are kept. Never set foot in this place again. And I dissuade anyone I can, fortunately successfully. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a review right away, so I'm writing now.
