The reason is the replacement of the rear springs. The manager brought out the springs, which cost 18,000. Nikolai expressed doubt that they fit the car. The manager replied that she had been told so. 0 DAYS. Nikolai installed the springs. I took a picture of the article just in case and searched the Internet. I found that the springs do not fit my car. I told the manager. She ignored him silently. I paid 33,000 for everything. I left the garage. Nikolai and I looked at the car and realized that the springs definitely don't look like it. The rear of the car has risen significantly. I went to the manager. She confirmed that the springs do not fit. She said it was more expensive. For 44,000. Next, I drove back to the lift and returned the old ones. I refused expensive ones. I went to the manager. I returned 15,000. I explained that the rest of the amount was for work since I refused expensive springs. Attention question: - then why did they install springs unsuitable for my car? To earn money from the master's work??? Result:"I've lost time. I lost 18,000 because of a bad manager. Let this money help the manager in life. Extremely incompetent job of a manager. No checks. The tax office would have been pleased with this place, thanks to the manager. I would like to note the good work of Master Nikolai for the second time. They gave him a part, and he installed it. I recommend buying spare parts yourself and only then going to this place.

I didn't worry too much, I came to take a job and ate all the spare parts from China, silents from.but, the shock absorbers are the most dishman Chinese and the repair is also Chinese. I did it in April last year, the shock absorbers rattled after 2 months, the silents came out after 4-5 months. In October, everything had to be redone, on the original and on another service station. When I asked why they did everything with duplicates, they replied that there were no originals, only duplicates. Don't go there anymore.
