The rating is unreasonably low, the food is not super fast, but it is quite normal in terms of time, given that there are other orders in the queue at the same time. The last time I waited for my order for a maximum of 10 minutes. There's really something wrong with the rating, because I didn't see any problems in any of the visits, everything is OK.
