We stayed at this hotel from October 6 to October 18. Conveniently located to the sea. Just 6 minutes to Kata beach. Karon and Kata Noi beaches are also within walking distance (15-20 minutes), but there were very large waves there at that time. The hotel is on a hill, it was difficult to climb in the early days. But then we found out that there are two elevators (one on the ground floor, not far from the lobby), and the second on the 4th. You can also ask to be taken by buggy. But even after a hearty dinner, you can shake up the fat a little😁 good exercise💪🏻 The hotel has polite and smiling staff. The room was cleaned every day. Clean white linens, large double bed, nice furniture. All the towels were changed every day. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. In addition to the buffet, you could always order a dish from the menu (toast with avocado and shrimp or with avocado and poached egg, scrambled eggs with potatoes and sausages, etc.). At the moment, the hotel is under reconstruction, so some of the pools are closed and the territory itself is not as beautiful and green as in the pictures. But we went to the sea every day, the pool was not interesting at all. It fully corresponds to its 4 stars, I think there will be a fire after the reconstruction. 🔥

We had a rest from 06/22/25 to 07/3/25. We liked the hotel as a whole. The sea is 5 minutes away. The room has a huge soft bed (consisting of two and a half beds) with several pillows. The room is spacious enough. Nice pools. There is a bar with drinks (220 baht for 1 cocktail, for the purchase of two - the third as a gift), it was open from about 13:00 to 17:00. The breakfasts are not very varied, but they didn't get too tired in 10 days. The staff are very friendly, although they cleaned the room average (I think it's because of the local mentality). I especially liked the responsiveness of the manager at the reception. Check-out was scheduled at 6:45 a.m., the room was checked in, and we are waiting. We are informed that the flight has been postponed for a day. Although we had already been officially discharged, the manager went to a meeting and offered another room for our use until the time of eviction (11:30) at no extra charge. Then we spent another half day at the pool. I am very grateful to her! Overall, the hotel deserves a four, but I'll give you a five for your hospitality and responsiveness! I recommend it!

Nice hotel. The location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance, the sea, shops, cafes, an exchange office. Kata Beach is a 3-minute walk away. A great hotel in its price segment! The haters write about the steep and difficult climb, but for me it was easy fun. Nothing complicated! Climbing up 30 steps is not difficult even for the untrained. But the location is great! The sea is visible, the pool is clean, the reception is open around the clock. We moved in at night, quickly. Number 1804. I think the rooms are 1802 (not exactly) with a more open sea view. The hotel is located on a slope, so the rooms are on different levels. The lower ones, you take the elevator to the rooms, you pass, more rooms, more rooms go by the elevator...then the vacationers said that they were still on foot and there were more rooms. It would be hard with children. Adults don't care. The elevators arrive quickly. The hotel is 20 meters away at a slope of 30°. The first 3 days are stressful, but if you climb correctly, making supports on the back of your hip and ass, you will get pumped up (do not use your back, you will leave healthier). It's not a problem for adults. You're hiding. The room and the hotel are pretty, shabby in moderation for Taya, generally clean and cozy. The number is as shown in the photo. Small things were put in the room every other time, but if you ask, they always gave you. Towels were always changed from the floor. The bed was rarely changed. In 2 weeks, the sheets were changed 3 times, the duvet cover did not seem to be changed at all. The fastidious husband did not appreciate the breakfasts, after the first one he said he would not come at all, there was nothing to eat (we were at the end and the dishes were not laid). I went to the opening...well, it's fine (shrimp, chicken dishes, vegetables, fruits, eggs...). I'm not picky and I needed salad leaves, fruits and toast. That's why I'm happy with breakfast for 4 days. There is parking for bikes at the hotel. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, 350 meters (go down from the hotel, across the street, and along a wide promenade with closed shopping areas..and now the beach is already visible. On the way to the beach there is a supermarket (water 1.5 liters 60 baht (the coefficient was 2.75 to the ruble). There is a market nearby in 12 minutes, where you can often have dinner.. but there is also a market within a 25-minute walk, where the food is much tastier. The sea is clear, we had kata noi beach. Yai and Karon did not get to kata. For comparison, we rested in May and the rainy season began and the sea raged. And on our beach, the sea was always the calmest. On karon, when the waves reached 4-5 meters, we had up to 2 meters. At the end of the kata, it was calmer to swim. Sun beds with an umbrella are paid. 100 baht per person. We sometimes paid 200 baht. But the hotel provides umbrellas and sneakers like crocs for free. We were too lazy to carry umbrellas. There is enough space for everyone on the beach. There is bike rental not far from the hotel, we bargained for 200 baht per day when buying in 3 days. It was said that the hotel charges too much per day for its level. There are supposedly better options for this money. We booked the hotel 9 days before arrival, we didn't have to choose. The room is built so that the bathroom has a glass wall and there is a glass piece of roof in the bathroom in the shower cabin ... that is, with dawn you will get the sun in your face and blackout curtains will not help. I recommend the hotel, but the second time I would look at another hotel.

We lived at the very top, we first need to take one elevator to the 3rd floor, then walk along the building and climb the second, we quickly got used to it, it does not bother. The room is spacious, modern, the plumbing works fine, there is a large refrigerator and a spacious balcony. The breakfasts are good, there is something to choose from, there is a refrigerator with water and beer at the reception at a price cheaper than the neighboring store. The pool is clean, with cool water, in some hotels boiled water is even disgusting to enter. It takes a couple of minutes to get to Kata beach in a straight line, 10-12 minutes to Kata Noi in the other direction, good location. We stayed at the hotel from 11/30/2013-12/10/2013. We really liked the hotel! 1. Location: 5-7 min walk to Kata, 15 min to Kata Noi. The hotel is located on a small hill, from where there is a beautiful view of the sea, and gives the hotel the advantage that all the traffic is below, shops and restaurants, but I go up to the hotel peace and quiet. We went on an excursion twice and were always dropped off first (or in the top three) because the hotel is not far from the Big Buddha (which all roads to other beaches pass by). There is a city bus stop and a taxi in 3 minutes, but it is cheaper to take it through Bolt, Grab, Indriver services. 2. It can be seen that it was recently renovated, everything is fresh, new, everything was still painted and new curtains, signs were hung, a view bar was opened on the roof! A beautiful view of the "endless " pool. Sun loungers and armchairs, a water bar. The breakfasts are delicious, everything is there: several types of eggs, local dishes, vegetables, lots of fruits, buns/pastries, yoghurts, etc. A couple of minutes from the hotel there is a very good cafe of European cuisine where there are Kiri breakfasts and dinners, and the best pizza and seafood sets at Lobsters& Prawns. The territory is clean, cleaned well, always changed towels if you throw them on the floor, etc., and if you leave it for tea, it's even better) 3. Very friendly staff, they will always help, they will do everything at any time, it is clear that the guys are trying. 4. The hotel has several levels - 1) view rooms with balconies, 2) with private access to the pool and 3) with a Jacuzzi (bathtub) on the balcony.

There was not enough mat and beach bag (it was in another network on Karon). There was WiFi in the room, but the speed sometimes dropped. Nice view from the room to the pool and the sea (4th floor), and from the door to the Buddha)) A rather meager breakfast, which does not really correspond to the level of the hotel (it was out of season). A lot of staff are fussing at breakfast, but it's not much use - the dishes are not cleaned on time, they are late updating dishes, this is with incomplete boarding. In general, I liked the hotel, but the price / quality was slightly overpriced (they were out of season), and the staff would have been more efficient (although with friendliness ok).

Excellent location, 5 minutes to the beach, excellent rooms with access to the pool. We lived on the 4th floor, descent and ascent by elevator, it's not far to go. The breakfasts are excellent, we will be happy to come back here again
