I'll give you an A, although I won't say that everything was perfect, but the big advantages more than outweigh the small disadvantages. The main advantage, of course, is the location of the hotel: there is a tram stop 10 meters from the hotel, you pass two stations and you are on the subway. It is convenient that both in the subway and on the tram there is a silver card, you buy, top up and go everywhere in Dubai, it's not difficult to figure it out. Near two embankments Dubai Marina and JBR beach, 10 minutes on foot, Dubai Marina Mall is visible right from the window, there are plenty of cafes, shops, pharmacies, an exchange office nearby, at the nearest intersection across the street from the supermarket (the reception will tell you) everything is visible on the Yandex map, even a taxi can be called by Yandex taxi and pay from Russian maps (the guide said they didn't use it themselves). There is a small supermarket right next to the hotel, it has everything you need, I even took a small package of detergent for the washing machine in the room, for a penny (3 dirhams or something), I have not seen such packages in a large supermarket. Now about the room: the four of us have 140 m2, the 10th floor has a stunning view of the Dubai Marina (from the side window there is even a view of the Rixos Hotel, and beyond it the Persian Gulf) three toilets, its own kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and dishes, there is a washing machine, an ironing board and a dryer in a separate room, a huge balcony. The bed linen is clean, the beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. The hotel has its own small restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served (as in our case). The food is buffet style, the choice is small, but everything is very tasty and you definitely won't stay hungry. We even went without lunch, had breakfast and dinner during the day, and that was enough for us :) The staff is very friendly, there are few Russian speakers and they are not always present at the reception, so we remember school English, which is usually enough to understand each other :))) Now a little bit about the cons, the hotel is tired and of course we would like to refresh it, but we are not picky and everything is normal for us. The second disadvantage is that there were misunderstandings with cleaning. At first, everything seems to be there, and then bam and they don't put down what they have to put down every day... once even the toilet paper ran out (initially, for some reason, it wasn't hung enough), I had to contact the reception. Apparently, they scolded the staff for this (the Indians who cleaned our place) We were told in response that we should contact them personally with such requests, and not complain to the reception....It's fun, isn't it? Should I go look for where they are in the hotel? They didn't wash the floors well, they came a couple of times in the evening when we were already in the room, although we hadn't been there all day before and there was a sign on the door that the room needed to be cleaned (I suspect that this was done intentionally so as not to clean the room, because in such a situation cleaning is most often refused). They left tips, though.
