A mini-hotel with four rooms and separate entrances. Each room has 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa. Comfortable sleeping places with the cleanest and softest bedding sets. Each room also has a small bathroom with a shower. There was always water. Cold water quickly becomes hot with the help of an automatic heater. The rooms also have smart TV, electric kettle, refrigerator. There are no mosquito nets, but the owner took care and equipped the rooms with electric fumigators. There is practically no view from the window, but there is a shared terrace with a table, chairs and a view of the sea and the embankment (photo). A pleasant addition was the presence of an electric stove and a microwave in the common area.
Good location: leaving the room you immediately get to the embankment with restaurants, beautiful architecture and nature. The city beach is 800 meters along the embankment. The price-quality ratio is very decent.
The owner of the Jabag mini-hotel is a very kind and helpful person. He always asks if everything is in order, will help, prompt, even call a taxi. Plus, he lives right here. However, if you are allergic to cats, then the hotel will not suit you, because the owner has three of them and they walk along the common terrace. Well, additional room cleaning is needed when checking in for 5 days or longer.

A cozy guest house located in the heart of Sukhum, on the Makhajirov embankment.
I booked on the recommendation of as many as two well-known Zen bloggers and was not disappointed. The optimal price = quality ratio.
The guest house fully justifies its name "Sukhum City Mini Hotel", there are only 4 rooms in this mini-hotel, 3 of them consist of two small rooms (2,3 and 4th room) and a studio (1st room).The rooms are small, but comfortable, for living, there is everything you need.Each room has 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa.
For hot weather, powerful air conditioning, for cool heaters, a boiler in the bathroom, which guarantees always the availability of hot water, TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi (the signal is stable). The rooms are very clean, the linen and towels are not washed and smell fresh.
The room has a kettle, a filter jug for water, a fumigator with plates. There is a kitchenette with a stove, microwave and kitchenware on the shared terrace.
The highlight of the guest house is this communal terrace with a table and chairs, overlooking the sea and the promenade.
The owners of the guest house are very sincere and customer-oriented, they will always help with advice, ask if everything is in order.
It was very pleasant when they congratulated me and gave me a gift for my anniversary.
I heartily recommend it, and if possible, I will stay here more than once.

Charming small cozy clean rooms with a wonderful host, the very center, opposite the port, but quiet because there are no cars. Price-quality fire, atmospheric, has everything you need, comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen.
