I shop at Sulpak 1-2 times a year. I note a decrease in the quality of service. Today, on 5.10.25, Daniel Stratov's supervisor will be here for 30 minutes!! he communicated with a possible buyer of the TV and did not react at all to other customers, pretended that he did not see them, turned away. When asked twice when he would be able to resolve the issue not as a salesperson, but as a supervisor, he replied that he did not know, saying that if something was important, then to the director on Tuesday!!! What kind of supervisor is this if not only does not know how much time should be spent on the buyer to buy something, but also provokes a conflict. Where do such specialists come from?
