On November 9, 2024, we bought a refrigerator. Delivery was promised on November 11. They called on the day of delivery, but they never arrived. The next day, dealing with the manager, they promised to bring it on the 13th, referring to the workload. However, they didn't bring it that day either. They promised the next day, but a message came about the postponement to November 15th. The goods have been dragging and beating on board the car for 4 days from moving around the city. In this regard, I have to abandon the product, because I doubt its internal integrity and its internal technical parameters! Sulpak's reputation is ruined because of the courier company! It's a shame that managers cover for them and do not bring the matter to its logical conclusion...

I have to return it and change it. I bought a manipulator, they brought a broken laptop, and a week later the speaker broke down. Additionally, he was joined by a Russian man, aged 40-45, without a badge and other identification marks of a store employee (a vest, as other people had). He refused to give his last name, conducted the conversation in an extremely rude form, a phrase that was repeated by the refrain - I don't owe you anything., was rude. I am a disabled person of the 2nd group, a car with a disabled sign, he forced me to pay a fine for losing my parking ticket and only then I was able to leave. To my objections that the disabled should generally be provided with a barrier-free environment, free entry and exit, the phrase was repeated that no one owes anyone anything. The store administration can try as much as possible to design the store, develop it, expand the assortment, but such boorish employees spoil the whole impression. Not to mention the increased blood pressure.

One excuse, something will fail, you will bring the unit, we will replace it with a new one. You'd think it would be so easy to do.Yes, it is impossible to return the thing you dislike, you need proof of a manufacturing defect. I come once every 3-4 years, such a tough industry has become: sell, and then the grass does not grow, they can't say words in fact, and they can't wait for help.For the bonuses that you give, all prices are overstated frankly. I've regretted it many times, it would be better to make coffee in a coffee maker than to contact you. I hate this creepy network! We ordered 8 nluts from them for the company in two orders, then the checkout service refused to do one. Two powers of attorney. We have asked for a refund! But here we were in for a surprise - after reading the reconciliation reports, sulpak considered that they owed us for 2 laptops and at the same time, with a big scandal, they convinced our accounting department of this. To do this, they included us in correspondence with all branches of their fucking network! Of course, there was the disclosure of what is considered a trade secret - the hair stands on end, we continue further. For two weeks, I was tormented, including on weekends, by the deliverers - we will deliver now, oh no, we will not deliver, oh no, we will still deliver. Delivered... The equipment turned out to be almost all from the showcase - disgusting - no one even wiped the display laptops, the stickers were peeled off, the keys were planted. Sulpak - I ordered laptops from Uralsk - they were delivered in 2 days! Whole, clean, well packed, without torn stickers! It's a disgrace!!!! I will never run into you again, either by physical or legal person. It would be possible not to put stars at all - your service did not even deserve 1, Mr. Sultangazin.
