To do this, they included us in correspondence with all branches of their fucking network! Of course, there was the disclosure of what is considered a trade secret - the hair stands on end, we continue further. For two weeks, I was tormented, including on weekends, by the deliverers - we will deliver now, oh no, we will not deliver, oh no, we will still deliver. Delivered... The equipment turned out to be almost all from the showcase - disgusting - no one even wiped the display laptops, the stickers were peeled off, the keys were planted. Sulpak - I ordered laptops from Uralsk - they were delivered in 2 days! Whole, clean, well packed, without torn stickers! It's a disgrace!!!! I will never run into you again, either by physical or legal person. It would be possible not to put stars at all - your service did not even deserve 1, Mr. Sultangazin.

This store did not even deserve one star rating.
The service is not just at zero, but below the baseboard. Even in the most remote bazaar, the service is better.
Where else can they sell the goods you have already paid for to another person? Only here. To the complaints about this, the manager replied, "You are not the first such" and "Anything is possible."
The order was paid on 23.04, delivery is scheduled for 28.04.
Yesterday, on April 28, we called the call center ourselves and asked if there would be delivery. The operator said that the goods had been shipped and would be delivered.
After waiting at home all day, at 8 p.m. we decided to call and clarify where our order is, because delivery is made before 9. As it turned out, one of the goods we bought ran out in all of Almaty and the courier was not going to come to us at all. But, apparently, it was such secret information that no one thought to warn us.
Today, on April 29, we called the call center again, where the operator again said that the goods had been shipped and there would be delivery. We called the courier and, of course, the product did not appear in stock. The cheerful courier said he would bring 3 of the 4 items. Apparently he wanted us to run around the shops trying to prove that it really wasn't delivered to us.
I had to come to the store to cancel the order. As it turned out, according to the regulations, they should not return the money until the courier refuses the goods. Well, yes, and according to the regulations, it is not prohibited to sell an already purchased product to another person.
The most interesting thing in this situation is that the client is to blame, because no one wants to take responsibility and pushes it onto others.
I suggest that the store replace its slogan with "You are not the first".
But the store still doesn't care about hundreds of negative reviews, because they "Apologize, thank you for the review."
I can immediately write the order number so that you don't bother and don't write unnecessary unsubscriptions.
