Never buy in Sulpak. They take your money, they sell you defective household appliances and they refuse to take it back as long as they can! They keep your money on their account as long as they can. I will never have a deal with these fraudulents and suggest you do not too. I bought washing machine it appears to be defective, and even after it was proved by their own specialist they didn’t send a courier to take it back, explaining that it is under consideration. I wish this company to become very poor with such an approach to their clients.

I ordered the equipment from the legal entity to the office. they were supposed to bring it the next day from 09:00-13:00, as a result, at 12:30 I called the call center, they said they sent a request and we will call back, no call, no equipment. at 15:00, I call back and communicate with the call center in parallel, they switch to the online store, where they finally say that my order has been canceled. I called back to clarify and they say we have now sent a request again, wait, asked how to cancel the order, they say we can connect you with the department to cancel the order, and how the order was canceled earlier if I was not connected to this department and there is such a problem periodically with delivery, with the call center. there is no respect for the client and for the client's time.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and received an SMS that the product had been delivered to the courier. I called the call center and was told to wait from 9:00 to 23:00. I asked for the wrong couriers' numbers twice. The courier tells me and the staff that he doesn't have my product, but the call center immediately tells me that the courier said he had the product.after an hour of proceedings, I find out that the goods were not given to anyone at all, and they don 't even know when they will be given back .without knowing what information the CALL CENTER staff is deceiving the customer. This is a gross violation of the rules.

The TV was bought in April, in August it stopped showing 2 masters could not set it up, they said call for repair. we applied on September 26 and took it for repair only on October 5. This is the most terrible electronics store. First, we ordered a laptop through the Caspi app, came to pick it up - the product is a showcase. We made a cancellation and decided to choose a product in the hall.Consultants do not really know the product, they just read the information from the price tag (and without their help I can read it myself), so they also advise incorrectly. I needed a laptop with 8GB of RAM. The consultant assured me that the laptop has 8 GB. They took it. We arrived home, and the laptop was terribly hung, we looked, it turned out to be 4 GB. We came to the store to make a refund. There are zero complaints about the guys from Hi technic, I'll even praise them. The return was made quickly and without hassle and unnecessary movements. But one thing I can say for sure is that I will never come to any of your stores again in my life.

In 20 minutes, three consultants were able to find out that they did not have this model. They offered me another one, and I agreed. Not after 15 minutes, either.. The number 2,333,000 is also not working.... there is no connection with the Store and the delivery department, with all the ensuing consequences. Today they could not provide me with information about the order 9925710, the question was about the delivery time of the order, yesterday they saw the payment but did not know when the delivery would be, today they do not see the payment. How is that even possible? Am I asking the manager a question? the answer is killed, in an hour there will be a manager who saw the payment yesterday, call an hour later and hung up. I have no words how this is even possible. When you ask who I'm talking to, I ask you to introduce yourself, i.e. there are those who just don't say their name, I don't get acquainted, I need to know who provides me with information about the status of the order. There is no subordination, and the tone may rise during the conversation. According to the order 9903252, there was a situation, I placed an order at 9.25, received an invoice via the link, and sent the invoice to the accounting department for payment. At 14.30, a message arrives that the order was rejected due to the lack of goods. It turned out that an SMS message about the rejection of the order came and I just didn't read it. I'm calm, the bill is there, everything is fine, and three days later they tell me that why you paid, you know that the order was canceled. Moreover, the tone of the conversation is as if I did something terribly stupid ... I ask you to take into account the work of the managers of the online store, there is no desire to cooperate. I can give you an example of the online store "Dream". It may be a shame for you, but I want our company to be heard.
