Instead of help and offers within the specified amount, I faced rude and disdainful treatment. The consultants began to grin and openly say that for such money, "they don't actually buy phones from us," and that "our budget starts from 100,000 tenge and above." It's disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if the buyer's budget seems small to you, this is not a reason to be so condescending. Customers don't come for ridicule, but for help. A very unpleasant experience. As a result, she left without buying, but with a spoiled mood. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service.
