But in fact it doesn't work - it's just a formalism. After many futile attempts to call, I had to drive through traffic jams to the store. There was no necessary product (a disk for a PC), although the website indicated that there was. It is necessary to check those who are responsible for the operation of the site, they are clearly not doing their job.
