Ok, I take the papers and write an application to the court - six months of meetings with postponements and examinations at my expense, as a result, the goods were returned at cost at the time of the court decision, and the laptop just went up in price by one and a half times they have this + examination costs + penalty for six months = the cost of a laptop, + moral damage of 10 thousand. + a fine from the store for divorce with a guarantee. But I made a decision for myself - it's better to buy a little more expensive by 10-15% than to play it will break / not break
