In early November of this year, I purchased a freezer at a discount, in early December I stopped freezing, it can give sound signals day and night, the products melted. I submitted an application, but I have to wait 5 working days for consideration and it is still unknown when the master will come. My application is for December 18th!!! What kind of service is this?! As I understand it, they do not want to repair for free under warranty, they delay so that people contact the master on a paid basis. And who will compensate for the spoilage of food, moral damage. Why can't you recruit people for rapid response and, if possible, work seven days a week and until 22:00 hours?
