We bought a washing machine in Sulpak worth about 300,000 tenge. The courier delivered the goods, didn't even ask for the confirmation code, just dropped the box and said, "Check for yourself, if anything, deal with the store." This is already an indicator of “service”. The result? When the equipment began to be installed, it turned out that the bottom of the washing machine was PIERCED, a defect so terrible that it is impossible to believe that such a thing is given to customers at all. It feels like the washing machine was either dropped somewhere or sold as “new" with existing damage. But the most outrageous thing is the store's attitude. A little over 14 days have passed, and Sulpak instantly refused to issue a refund or exchange, completely ignoring the fact that the defect was hidden, not visible without installation. They absolutely don't care about customers, the quality of the product, or their reputation, as long as they sell it, and then at least the grass doesn't grow. The service is zero. Responsibility is zero. The desire to help is zero. It feels like Sulpak lives by the principle: "We got what we got, then it's your problem." I'm leaving this review so that others don't get caught in the same situation. Buying for 300,000 tenge turned into a household nightmare and endless hassle. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. It is better to overpay elsewhere than to contact Sulpak. I attach a photo of the defect — draw your own conclusions.

I wanted to buy a samsung galaxy watch 6 smartwatch and a samsung galaxy s24 phone, but the consultants were talking some nonsense about technical data and were constantly trying to find answers to my questions on the Internet. So I can read it on the Internet myself! As a result, I bought it in another place, where they explained everything to me, showed me and set up the gadgets.
