A very incompetent store manager and not a professional. The fact is that on November 1, 2025, a Thunderobot laptop was purchased in this store. They imposed a program that costs 108 thousand tenge and which we waited for more than 4 hours to install. This was handled by the store's director, who did not finish the job and left the store. I called him 4 times, didn't pick up the phone, sent a message that I would call back, but today is November 2, there were no calls from him, no apologies. We have lost more than 4 hours of our precious time. I ask the CEO to look into this situation. And I do not recommend this store to customers.
