Good afternoon, I would like to share my opinion about the Sulpak hardware store.
I had an old laptop, I wanted to buy a new one, after about two months of work I was able to save up for a new laptop, after which I decided that I would buy a laptop at the Sulpak store since there
is the best choice among other stores.
Then, waiting for the night of discounts, I went to the store itself (120 km from home) upon arrival, I was very surprised, there was almost no one in the store except the employees themselves, I explained to the sales consultant what laptop I needed, all the characteristics and price category. I looked at one of the Acer laptops for 140,000 at the discount price (without discounts it costs 167,000), I asked the consultant to tell me about this laptop, which I just heard all its cons, the consultant just told me about the bad sides of this laptop, adding that this laptop will not last even 3 years and advised Lenovo laptop for 240,000, I would not mind this Lenovo laptop, but it did not suit me in the price category, the consultant offered an installment plan (but no one will give me an installment plan, because I am not of age, and I do not approve of loans, installments) I wanted to buy a laptop in my price category, went back to that Acer laptop again and wanted to buy it, but the consultant said that drivers needed to be installed on this laptop, and if you install them yourself and something goes wrong, then we are not responsible, the consultant offered me an additional payment of 26,000, after which they they will install the drivers themselves and this laptop will be guaranteed.
In the end, I left the store without anything, I did not expect this and thought that the consultants would go to meet me, but I only heard the disadvantages of Acer laptops and that there was no discount (price) and I would have to pay another 26,000 for installing drivers.
PRIMITIVENESS!:With this review, I do not want to say that the Sulpak store chain is bad, but I want to say that there are consultants who, instead of attracting customers and talking about all the good sides of the product, scare away customers by talking only about the bad sides of the product and inflating the price tag with additional services.
I hope the store management will pay attention to this.
