There was really one case (I don 't remember the name of the consultant ) but damn, they bought a stove in installments, asked how a person is a normal stove, is it worth taking it or is it better to take another one, perhaps more expensive, advised such a thing, no damn, say that all plates of this brand are defective (pass gas)...He didn't say anything , he said take it.
