I was disappointed in the Sulpak store. I hope to never buy anything from this seller again! Buying a freezer turned into a hassle. First, the freezer was brought (08/29), it turned out to be defective – the thermostat is working, I applied for a refund, describing the problem: it works loudly, the noise does not subside, you can hear that the compressor does not stop, a day later Sulpak rejects my application and the representative writes to WhatsApp "since you put the food in the freezer, we cannot issue return" And WE DIDN'T PUT FOOD IN THE FREEZER!!! Next it says "contact the hotline at the service center" and the phone number. So, I did not get through to this phone number and did not finish writing, and to this day, no one in WhatsApp has answered or called back from this number, and it's been 2 weeks. The Sulpak representative who gave this hotline number also did not deign to reply to any of my messages. Next– I reject their rejection (I create a dispute), a representative of the Caspian store contacts me, they give me a completely different number of the service center, it turns out that the master from the service center can be called at home, although I had to wait for him for another 5 working days. And now, 2 weeks later, the service center gives a conclusion, which shows that the freezer is defective. After that, I applied for a refund again (10.09), it was rejected again, and again they wrote on WhatsApp "The certificate is being authenticated." This is just bullying!! I challenged it again, and again – "we are considering the dispute until 16.09." I took the original service report to the Sulpak store, where, it seems, the guys quickly arranged everything, they said tomorrow from 9 to 16 they would take the freezer away from you, then come to us, sign the documents. But the store's couriers apparently have their own work plan, they don't care who or what the store's managers said. The freezer was taken away at 20.00)) To the question: "Why is it so late?? We promised a reply before 16: "And we don't have a specific time for pick-up, we come when it's convenient for us." The next day I went to the store, but it wasn't there: the freezer hadn't been brought to the store yet!!! I have never seen such an attitude towards people in any store!! I had to go again. As a result, the refund was completed only on 16.09. Result: Sulpak, as a store, no longer exists for me. The problem is not in the defective product, but in the attitude towards the buyer: a person buys a product, a defective one is delivered to him, and the buyer himself must prove to the store that the defective product was delivered to him, and no one even went to meet him, offered to send a master for a defect, just unsubscribed to WhatsApp, gave an outdated number, and that's it. And at the same time, there is no consistency at each stage: couriers work when they want, the goods arrive at the store's warehouse when the couriers want, the store managers quickly processed the return documents, and the employees responsible for making the return in the Caspian store - only 2 days after that. I have no complaints only to the guys-managers who designed the store (TSUM), and everything else is beyond words!!!
