Apparently without education and basic concepts. He was not allowed to enter the department with a package, although there were sports clothes there and according to Art.380 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he had no right to do this. In other stores, I calmly walk in with a package. Russian Russian was also abruptly switched to Kazakh in conversation, although I am Russian.....
