Sultan Hotel - the price for a room is not justifiably high, the hotel administration speaks only Kazakh (neither Russian nor English). There is no service of any kind. The room in which they settled seems to have been cleaned, but when you go into the bathroom, it's terrible (the trash is a full basket after old customers, the soap was not even washed, old. The TV weighs a lot on the wall, but to connect it you need two sockets (for satellite), but in fact there is only one outlet, which makes it impossible to reproduce it. The administration has spoken out, you need to, connect it yourself. They didn't give me the invoice in the morning, so they want to sleep, and I'm leaving early (at 9 a.m.). The refrigerator does not work, there was no light for half a day. The price is 8 thousand tenge, and you have to go ask for a towel. In general, I do not recommend it.
