Great hotel with excellent room service. But shower room needs some utenils like comb and ear wax remover i say. And some of the room there are some problems with automatic curtains when you press close the curtain it closes but when you take your finger from the button it opens up again. And rooms need a trash can. Also, restaurant can be updated with different type of foods. The hotel is very cozy with means of comfort. Thank you i really liked there.

The first thing that surprises is that there are not even basic tea and coffee bags in the room. Such a small thing is standard even for one—star hotels, but here it is simply missing. The same applies to the trash can: it is only in the bathroom, which is clearly inconvenient for guests. A mini fridge would also be very useful. Especially in the hot season or for guests traveling with children. His absence is another negative in the overall impression. We should also warn future guests: the sockets in the room are non-standard and do not fix the chargers well. It is better to take adapters or adapters with you in advance, otherwise there is a risk of being left with discharged equipment. As a result, the hotel creates a high-class appearance, but so far it cannot cope with the basic needs of a modern traveler. But it is the attention to detail that distinguishes a good service from a mediocre one.

A great hotel with cozy and spacious rooms. The location is very convenient, you can walk to the main parks and the market. Cleaning every day, they bring bottled water, they can quickly wash things, and the very responsive staff at the reception is ready to help with any issue. There is a restaurant serving excellent barbecue and samsa of its own production. Of the minuses, I note that at breakfast on the buffet, some of the food is not heated and you have to ask to warm it up, but there is always fruit and porridge. Overall, the impression of the stay was excellent, next time I will stay here.

It is located in the city center, close to shopping centers, cafes and restaurants. According to the assurances of the employees, Mastercard cards are accepted for payment (we will check), which is a rarity in Karshi. Disadvantages: in fact, it does not comply with GOST of the Republic of Uzbekistan 3296:2018 in terms of classification as a 4-star hotel. In particular, even in the suite there is no bathtub and bidet (paragraphs 23 and 24 of Appendix A to this GOST), there is no additional bathroom (paragraph25), two towels instead of six (paragraph 30), no terry napkins (paragraph 35), sound insulation in the room is weak (paragraph38, car noise is audible), there is no table lamp, a lamp above the washbasin, a switch for all light sources at the head of the bed (item 39), bathroom heating (item41), there is no refrigerator and safe in the standard room (items 47,49), 2 hangers instead of 5 (item57), there is no full-length mirror (item63), brushes for clothes and shoes (item 69), umbrella (item 70), laundry bags (item71), swimming pool (item87), daily change of bed linen (item106), fluency in Russian and English by staff (item137). From subjective experience: quality cleaning is average - dirty /worn bed linen is periodically laid, threads and small debris remain on the carpet (the maids' vacuum cleaners are weak), sometimes the sink remains dirty, beetles appeared twice a week on the bathroom floor, once in the room there was a spider. Sometimes they forget to put a bottle of water (there is no cooler), put a tea bag. In the evening, they cannot replace dirty bed linen, they have to wait for the morning. On Friday evening, they promised to clean up twice (wash the sink and remove the bug), but they did not do it - they cleaned only on Saturday. I asked for five hangers, they eventually gave me three, then took one away. Breakfast is a little meager if you live for several days. WiFi is often reconnected, the speed is low, and it is almost impossible to participate in a video conference. Toilet seats are out of size - uncomfortable. As a result, at the moment, the price exceeds the quality. If you at least put the quality of service in order, it will be fine. If, in addition, the discrepancy with GOST is also eliminated, it will be possible to safely recommend the object for placement.
